Key Community Support is here to help individuals and their families navigate the NDIS. We recognise the system is complicated and requires a great deal of research and knowledge and we are here to provide that bridge between the NDIS and its participants.

NDIS Reporting & Reviewing
As your Support Coordinator we provide reports to the NDIA to demonstrate how we have assisted you in your NDIS journey. In terms of reviewing your plan, we work with you before, during and after your NDIS plan review meeting. View our Services page for more details.
What Support Coordination Does Not Offer
It is important to be aware of the limits of support coordination. There are some aspects of your NDIS journey that are solely placed on the NDIA. These include making judgements about the adequacy of your plan, providing transport, undertaking plan administration or management, organising support rostering, undertaking advocacy and providing disability supports. We are here to coordinate between individuals and the NDIA and use our knowledge and experience to help on that journey.
